There is also much to see and do in and around Bodmin Town itself which is a leisurely 5-minute stroll down the hill from Polgwyn though the return journey uphill may take just a little longer!

There are 3 public "pay & display" Car Parks in Bodmin and the charges are reasonable. Licensed taxis are plentiful and operate from the taxi rank at Mount Folly in the centre of town.
